Start with the Field Guide
The fastest path for most questions is the Quick Start. It covers installation, macOS permissions, model setup, and your first dictation. For common fixes, see Troubleshooting.
What to Include
- Your Whiskers version and macOS version.
- The steps that led to the problem, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot when useful, with sensitive information removed.
- Never send API keys, credentials, or sensitive transcript content.
Privacy and Analytics
Whiskers collects anonymized product-usage analytics to understand feature adoption and reliability. Analytics do not contain your audio, transcripts, files, screen contents, or personally identifiable information. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete disclosure.
